DeSensi & Associates needed a modern website built from zero and a Voice AI assistant to handle inbound calls, capture new client details, and schedule consultations faster. The goal was simple: respond instantly, reduce missed opportunities, and route qualified inquiries to the right place.
We built the website in Framer with a clear service-first structure, then deployed a Voice AI assistant that answers calls 24/7, qualifies the caller, and routes requests based on need and urgency.

Implementation
We mapped the firm’s intake flow, common questions, consultation rules, and escalation paths. Then we wrote the assistant’s conversation logic, connected it to form submissions and notifications, and built automated follow-up so every missed call triggers a fast text-back and email summary.
