From scratch build
BMB Rhinetrade needed a modern website built from zero and a Voice AI assistant to handle inbound calls, capture lead details, and book appointments faster. The goal was simple: respond instantly, reduce missed opportunities, and convert more callers into scheduled service.
We built the website in Framer with a clean, mobile-first structure focused on services, trust, and booking—then deployed a Voice AI assistant that answers calls 24/7, qualifies the request, and routes customers to the right next step.

Implementation
We mapped BMB’s call flow, common questions, service categories, business hours, and escalation paths. Then we wrote the assistant’s conversation logic, added guardrails, and connected notifications so every call generates a clean summary for the team. Missed calls trigger instant text-back and follow-up so leads don’t go cold.

Results
BMB now has a high-converting website that makes it easy to understand services, build trust, and book. The Voice AI assistant reduces missed calls, captures the right details every time, and keeps prospects moving with immediate follow-up.
The outcome is a smoother front desk experience without adding headcount: faster response time, cleaner lead handoff, and more booked appointments.
