From scratch build
APEX Performance needed a modern website built from zero and a Voice AI assistant to handle incoming calls, capture leads, and book service faster. The goal was simple: respond instantly, reduce missed opportunities, and turn more inquiries into appointments.
We built the website in Framer with a clean service-first structure, then deployed a Voice AI assistant that answers calls 24/7, qualifies the caller, and routes requests to the right place.

Implementation
We mapped APEX’s call flow, FAQs, booking rules, and escalation paths. Then we wrote the assistant’s conversation logic, connected it to forms/CRM notifications, and built automated follow-up so every missed call triggers a fast text-back. The website and Voice AI were designed to work together as one intake system.
Results
APEX now has a high-converting website that makes services easy to understand and easy to book. The Voice AI assistant reduces missed calls, captures the right details every time, and keeps leads moving with immediate follow-up.
The outcome is a smoother front desk experience without adding headcount: faster response time, cleaner lead handoff, and more booked opportunities.
